Pragmatic Play slots: RTP list

On their default data sheets, the Pragmatic Play slots in our pool return between 95.5 % and 96.52 %, with Sugar Rush at the low end and Bubble Up! at the high end. The list sets each RTP next to volatility and max win, and the sections after it explain the versions that make one title show several different figures.

Pragmatic Play RTP list at a glance

The table holds every Pragmatic Play slot we keep a data sheet for. Each row gives the default RTP, the volatility class, the max win as a multiple of the stake and the release year. Click a name to open the full sheet with rules, screens and the version table for that game.

Read the RTP column and the titles split into two clear groups. Gates of Olympus, The Dog House, Sugar Rush and Wild West Gold all sit right around 95.5 %. Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Universe and Bubble Up! sit around 96.5 %. Wolf Gold, at 96.01 %, is the only title between them. If you are still deciding what a good RTP for slots looks like, this split is the useful part: a full point of RTP separates the two groups, while inside each group the differences are a few hundredths.

The groups do not follow age. Sweet Bonanza came out in 2019 and is in the upper group, while Sugar Rush from 2022 is at the bottom. What decides the figure is the version a studio chose as the default, and Pragmatic ships most of its games with several.

Which Pragmatic Play slot has the highest RTP?

Among the default sheets, the highest figure belongs to Bubble Up!, released in 2026. Its Bubble Up! RTP of 96.52 % edges out Sweet Bonanza at 96.51 % by a single hundredth, and Gates of Universe follows at 96.5 %. Bubble Up! pairs that return with medium volatility and a 10000x cap, so the highest return in the list does not come with a high-volatility game.

Look at whole families instead of default sheets and the answer changes. Sugar Rush 1000 is listed at 97.5 %, the highest slot figure in the Pragmatic family data we hold. Gates of Olympus Roulette shows 97.3 %, but it is a table game built on the slot's theme, so it does not belong in a slot comparison.

Pragmatic does not hold the high ground across the whole pool. Two BGAMING games, Book of Hidden Tombs and Miss Cherry Wild Frames, are listed at 97 %, above every default Pragmatic sheet. To see where each provider lands, open the new slots ranked by RTP, which puts the recent releases from every studio into one order.

The lowest RTP in the Pragmatic list

The bottom of the list is Sugar Rush. The Sugar Rush RTP of 95.5 % comes with high volatility, a 5000x cap and the busiest feature set in the group: cluster pays, cascades, multipliers, free spins and a buy feature. The Dog House and Gates of Olympus, both at 95.51 %, are only a hundredth higher, so in practice the bottom group plays at the same return.

The Sugar Rush family shows how wide one name can spread. Sugar Rush 1000 sits at 97.5 %, Sugar Rush Super Scatter at 96.58 %, and the Xmas edition at 96.5 %. The older seasonal games under the same name, such as Sugar Rush Winter and Sugar Rush Valentine's Day, are listed at 95.25 %.

Jackpot editions pull the figure down much further. Wolf Gold Power Jackpot is listed at 83.38 %, against 96.01 % for the original Wolf Gold, as jackpot editions carry a much lower listed RTP. Wolf Gold Scratchcard, at 74.48 %, is not a slot at all. Neither is in the main table; both are separate products that share the Wolf Gold name.

Why the RTP in a casino can differ from the list

Every older Pragmatic title in our pool carries an RTP range in its data: Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Wolf Gold, The Dog House, Sugar Rush and Wild West Gold. The studio certifies several configurations of one game, and each casino picks the one it runs. The figure in the table is the default sheet, and a casino lobby may run a lower setting of the same game.

That is also the honest answer to searches for a Pragmatic Play RTP list today or RTP now. The return of a certified game does not drift from day to day or hour to hour. What changes between sites is the configuration, and it stays fixed until the operator switches it. Our article on why casinos show a different RTP explains how these ranges work and where in the game menu to check the figure a site actually uses.

The quick check takes a few seconds. Open the game, go to the information or paytable screen and find the line with the theoretical return. If it matches the table, you are on the default setting. If it is lower, the casino runs a reduced version, and the same slot elsewhere may return more.

Sweet Bonanza RTP and its versions

Sweet Bonanza is the Pragmatic game people most often name when they ask about RTP. Its default sheet reads 96.51 % with medium-high volatility and a 21100x cap, the largest in the Pragmatic list. It pays anywhere on the grid, uses cascades and adds multipliers in free spins.

The family spreads in two directions. Sweet Bonanza Xmas keeps nearly the same setup at 96.48 % and a 21175x cap. The newer high-volatility editions split on both return and cap: Sweet Bonanza 1000 is listed at 96.53 % and Sweet Bonanza 2500 at 95.53 %, both with a 25000x cap, while Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter shows 95.56 % with a lower 10000x cap. Dice editions of these games are dice games and stay outside this slot comparison.

So when someone quotes a Sweet Bonanza RTP, ask which edition they mean. The name on the lobby tile is often shortened, and the 1000 and 2500 editions sit a full point apart.

Gates of Olympus, The Dog House and Wild West Gold families

Three games share the lower default figure, and all three have later editions that return more. Gates of Olympus starts at 95.51 % with a 5000x cap. Gates of Olympus 1000 and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter both move to 96.5 %, with caps of 15000x and 50000x. Gates of Olympus Xmas 1000 goes the other way, at 95 %.

The Dog House family has the most slot editions in our data after Sugar Rush. The original is listed at 95.51 % and 6750x. The Big Dog House, released in 2026, reaches 96.53 % with medium-high volatility. The Megaways, Royal Hunt and Mutley Crew editions stay close to the original, while The Dog House Multihold drops to 95.14 %.

Wild West Gold shows 95.56 % and a 10000x cap on its default sheet. The Megaways edition is lower at 95.35 % with half the cap, and Wild West Gold Blazing Bounty rises to 96.48 %. Across all three families the pattern holds: the newest editions tend to carry the higher return, but not always.

Volatility and max win across Pragmatic slots

RTP and volatility move independently. Four games in the list are rated high volatility: Gates of Olympus, The Dog House, Sugar Rush and Wild West Gold, and all four belong to the lower RTP group. Sweet Bonanza is medium-high. Wolf Gold, Bubble Up! and Gates of Universe are rated medium, and two of those sit in the upper RTP group.

The max win column orders the list differently again. Sweet Bonanza leads at 21100x, Wild West Gold and Bubble Up! follow at 10000x, The Dog House reaches 6750x, Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush and Gates of Universe stop at 5000x, and Wolf Gold has the lowest cap at 2500x. So Wild West Gold pairs a 10000x cap with high volatility, while Bubble Up! reaches the same 10000x in the medium class, and Wolf Gold combines medium volatility with the lowest cap, 2500x.

Bubble Up! and Gates of Universe are both August 2026 releases, so they also appear in the new slots list with the other games added that month. Big Bass Bonanza often sits next to Pragmatic titles in casino lobbies, but its data names Reel Kingdom as the studio, so it is listed under Reel Kingdom at 95.67 %.

How to use the Pragmatic RTP list

The list is a reference, not a forecast. RTP describes the long-run return across a huge number of spins, and a single session can land far from it in either direction.

  • Compare games inside the same RTP group first: the gap between groups is a full point, the gap inside a group is a few hundredths.
  • Check the edition name: 1000, Super Scatter, Megaways and Xmas editions each carry their own figure.
  • Open the info screen in the game and compare its RTP line with the table before you play.
  • Read volatility next to RTP: two games with the same return can swing in very different ways.
  • Treat jackpot editions and scratchcards as separate games with much lower return.

Does Pragmatic Play RTP change every day?

No. A certified game returns the same theoretical RTP every day. What differs is the configuration a casino chooses from the certified range, and it stays fixed until the operator changes it.
